SMK METHODIST(ACS), PARIT BUNTAR, PERAK.
SEJARAH SEKOLAH
SMK Methodist (ACS) Parit Buntar telah ditubuhkan oleh seorang ahli perniagaan yang bernama Tan Lo Tee. Sekolah ini ditubuhkan pada 1hb Julai 1907 di tingkat atas di sebuah rumah kedai di Jalan Brewster. Bahasa Pengantar sekolah ini ialah Bahasa Inggeris. Pada tahn 1908 sekolah ini dibawah kelolaan Gereja Methodist.
Pada tahun 1918 satu tabung pembangunan sekolah diwujudkan dan sebuah sekolah dibina di Jalan Maxwell dinamakan Anglo Chinese School dan terus berkembang dan membangun.
Kemudiannya sekolah ini dikenali dengan SMK Methodist (ACS) Parit Buntar yang pelajarnya terdiri dari 3 kaum utama di Malaysia dalam nisbah yang hampir sama.
